Timeless single-player card game Classic Solitaire, also known as Klondike, is adored for its straightforwardness and strategic elements. Employing a standard deck of cards, the objective is to build four foundation piles—each representing one of the four suits—in ascending order from Ace to King. By executing meticulous planning and strategic moves, players will reveal hidden cards and successfully complete the tableau.


PROCEDURE

  1. Setup:
  • Shuffle the deck to initiate the arrangement into seven columns.
  • The first column contains one card (face-up), while the second column contains two cards (one face-up and one face-down). This pattern continues until the seventh column, which contains seven cards (one face-up).
  1. Gameplay:
  • Tableau Construction: Arrange cards in descending order, starting with the King and ending with the Ace, while alternating colors (for instance, a Red 7 on a Black 8).
  • Card Unveiling: Move the face-up cards to reveal the hidden ones underneath.
  • Foundation Pile Transfer: Shift cards to the four foundation piles, organizing them by suit in ascending order (from Ace to King).
  • In the event that no moves are accessible within the tableau, draw from the Stock Pile.

  • Victory is achieved by properly organizing all cards into the foundation piles.
