INTRODUCTION
Battleship is an ageless game of strategy in which the objective is to sink the opponent's fleet of ships. Players strategically position their ships on a concealed grid and rely on memory and tactics to determine the whereabouts of their opponent's vessels. The victorious player is the one who successfully sinks all of the enemy's ships. This game offers a timeless combination of strategy, logic, and chance.
GUIDELINES
To play Battleship, follow the instructions below:
- Set Up: Arrange your fleet of ships on your hidden grid either horizontally or vertically. Ships must not overlap or be placed diagonally.
- Gameplay: Take turns calling out grid coordinates, such as C4, to make guesses about the location of the enemy's ships.
- Successful Hits and Misses: Keep track of your hits and misses on your tracking grid. A hit indicates that a part of a ship has been revealed, while a miss suggests the absence of a ship.
- Victory: Keep playing until one player's entire fleet has been sunk. The first player to successfully sink all of the enemy's ships wins the game.
